Our products are handcrafted, not machine-made, kindly understand there may be small imperfections, and items may not be exactly the same as the photo product.

This is part of the handmade process, which is what makes our products unique and should not be seen as a fault.

Measurements/dimensions of the products are approximate only to allow you to understand the approximate size of the product. Therefore, the actual size delivered to you may sometimes slightly vary.

Ordering Procedure

All orders are dealt with on an individual basis. All items are subject to availability, we will notify you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.

You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours and subject to validation checks and authorization.
