A Little Note About Your Order

• Once you place your order, please allow 24–48 hours for it to begin processing. This gives me a little time to carefully check, pack, and get everything ready for its journey to you.

Shipping

• Shipping cost will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your location.

• Domestic (PAN India): 7–14 business days after your order has been shipped.

• International: International orders usually take around 2–4 weeks to arrive after they have been shipped. Please note that international deliveries can sometimes take a little longer depending on your country, customs, and local postal service.

Tracking

• As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can keep an eye on its journey.

Made-to-Order & Preorders

• Some pieces are made especially for you and need a little extra time. These usually take 1–2 weeks to make before they’re ready to ship.

• If you’d like to order both ready-to-ship items and made-to-order/preorder items, please place them as separate orders. This helps me ship your ready-to-ship pieces sooner, while your made-to-order or preorder pieces are being prepared. Please note: Each order will have its own shipping charge.

If Your Package Is Delayed

• ​Once your parcel is on its way, I unfortunately can’t control how long the delivery takes. If your package is delayed, please check your tracking information or contact the delivery service. If you need help, feel free to reach out.

• Once your parcel has been handed over to the shipping carrier, I’m unfortunately not responsible for packages that are lost in transit.

Returns & Exchanges

• Because each piece is handmade and carefully checked before leaving my studio, I don’t currently accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed. If there’s ever a problem with your order, please get in touch. I’m always happy to hear you out and help where I can.
