Handmade Products

Every Tales of Handmade piece is handmade individually. Because of this, slight variations in colour, texture, shape, size, and finish may occur.

These small differences are part of the handmade nature of our products and are not considered defects.

We make every effort to photograph and describe our products accurately. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.

Product Availability

Our products are made in small batches, and availability may be limited.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed due to an unexpected inventory issue, we will contact you and provide an appropriate resolution.

Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are in the currency shown on the website at the time of purchase.

Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice. A price change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed.

Orders & Payment

An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully received and an order confirmation has been sent.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

Please make sure all information provided during checkout is accurate, particularly your name, delivery address, postal/ZIP code, email address, and phone number.

Processing & Shipping

Orders are generally processed within 24–48 hours, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, shipping provider, customs processing, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's handling and transit processes.

Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal to accept the package, or failure to provide information requested by the carrier or customs authorities, additional shipping costs may apply.

International Orders

International orders are shipped from India.

Depending on the destination country, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges. These charges are not included in the product price unless specifically stated and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs authorities may also delay an order beyond the estimated delivery time.
